Madelyn is a Partner of the firm and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1998, admitted to the New York Bar in 1999, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  Education: Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1998) Moot Court Honor Society; Lehigh University (B.A., 1994).  Member: New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association.

Madelyn Iulo is an experienced litigator who began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. While at the D.A.’s Office, Ms. Iulo honed her litigation skills by aiding in the prosecution of hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.  As both a trial attorney and supervisor, Ms. Iulo participated in trial preparation, witness work-up, jury trials, grand jury presentations and investigations, motion practice and case evaluation.  Ms. Iulo took her litigation skills into private practice and has successfully litigated toxic tort, products liability, and general liability cases as well as represented nursing homes and major healthcare companies in all phases of litigation.  She successfully briefed and argued Llanfair House Nursing Home v. Estate of Ethel Litchult, 198 N.J. 473, 968 A.2d 1189 (2008).  Madelyn has represented numerous global equipment manufacturers, distributors and contractors from various industries in the asbestos litigation in the tristate area.  She has been involved in all aspects of the asbestos litigation including performing lead examination in discovery depositions, preparing experts, negotiating settlements and successfully arguing motions for summary judgment.  In addition to her litigation skills, Ms. Iulo has effectively managed and administrated a high volume of asbestos cases in efforts to best serve her clients.
