STEPHANIE A. Stephanie has extensive and vast experience in the areas of product liability, environmental, mass tort and general liability defense both in a national and local counsel role. She litigates complex civil matters in the state and federal courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As a litigator, Stephanie has represented clients in thousands of asbestos, chemical exposure and other toxic tort and product liability related cases throughout the tri-state area, many on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Stephanie also acts as regional defense counsel for a worldwide food manufacturer involved in general liability and product liability suits. Her vast litigation experience enables her to regularly interface with corporate personnel and be charged with overall defense strategies and development of witnesses and experts to ensure the best and most successful defenses are pursued in every case. In addition to her being a skilled litigator in the venues in which she practices, she constantly interfaces with the firm's client base to develop procedures and strategies to meet their particular legal goals and objectives. She has a proven record in the lowering of indemnification and defense costs resulting in significant savings to clients. Stephanie plays an intricate role in the training and management of the firms' attorneys and staff. Stephanie has argued and won innumerable summary judgment motions and has been successful in obtaining early dismissals on behalf of her clients consistently in the jurisdictions in which she practices.

Stephanie has lectured in asbestos litigation including at the HarrisMartin New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference February 2015 "The Do’s and Dont’s in Depositions";  HarrisMartin New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference February 2019 “Pre-Trial Discovery – What is Necessary to Support Elements of Important Motions”.  She is frequently asked to train attorneys in the strategy and skill behind all discovery and motion efforts, including effective deposition taking in asbestos litigation matters.
